Fortis Green Housing, the US-founded developer, announced the project's progress on October 8, 2026. NCBA Bank Rwanda has partnered with the developer to offer mortgage financing through its "Tura Neza 105%" product. This scheme aims to make homeownership more accessible by covering up to 105% of the purchase price, including insurance.

Prospective buyers are invited to visit the construction site. Homes available for purchase in the first phase include two-bedroom and four-bedroom units, with prices ranging from Rwf102 million to Rwf212 million. The entire development is projected to cost over Rwf36 billion.

The Masaka Views Eco Estate is part of Kigali's broader efforts to expand housing options and improve urban living conditions as the city grows. Essential infrastructure, such as water and electricity, has been installed, and road construction is underway.
